Brad Pages-Oliver

Director

Brad served with distinction for 25 years in the WA Police Service with the majority of his Policing career in the criminal investigation field. Brad worked as an undercover operative and was the case officer in a number of high profile investigations ranging from murder, sex assault and serious drug related matters. Brad's last years in the WA Police were in charge of the Wembley Detectives managing a large team of Detectives investigating serious crime in the Perth western suburbs.

In 2003 Brad was given the opportunity to take up the role as the State Manager for the Australia Post Corporate Security Group and progressed to the role of Regional Manager overseeing Australia Posts security operations and investigations across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory. During his 11 years with Australia Post, Brad gained a wealth of experience in corporate security focusing on the delivery and retail operations of Australia Post while building on a consultancy approach to the security needs of its wide and varied customers. He built strategic partnerships within a large range of state and commonwealth agencies and private sector groups.

Brad has received commendations for his role in major investigations and holds qualifications in Criminal Investigation, Covert Operations, Fraud Control Management, and Safety.

Brad is committed to providing a customer focused investigation and security service whilst ensuring discretion and client confidentiality is maintained.

 

Mike Voak

Director

Mike brings a wealth of experience to Braven Group Services. He spent over 20 years in Law Enforcement mainly as a Detective and worked in specialised areas such as the Bureau of Criminal Intelligence, Organised Crime and the National Crime Authority.

Mike left the Police Service and ventured into the private sector where he worked and trained in the USA as an International Trainer and Operator of lie detection equipment, where he trained Police Officers, Airport Security and other Government Agencies in Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Mike has also held positions within the mining industry as a Global Project Security Manager where he managed projects in Papua New Guinea, Central America with budgets in excess of $50 million, to design, install Hi End security fencing, long range thermal imaging cameras, CCTV, control room design, risk management processes and global training programs of security staff.

Upon returning to Australia Mike has held positions as the State Manager of Security and Integrated services where he was responsible for the management of Safety, Security and Assets of the Central Law Courts and District Courts of WA, Maritime Ports of Fremantle, Oil and Gas Facilities and over 18 Major Shopping Centres.
