As a Director, Craig brings to Braven over 30 years of industry experience across both the private and public sectors. His customer centric approach will see Craig working closely with new and existing clients to provide them with best-of-breed service across all of our investigation and security services. Craig served with distinction in the WA Police Service for nearly 20 years, the last 7 of those within the Bureau of Criminal Intelligence. The campaign coordinated crime reporting, investigations, police liaison and the development and implementation of prevention strategies to combat building site theft. The program was renamed ‘BUSTed’ (Builders United against Site Theft) with WA's four largest building groups, ABN, BGC, JWH and Summit Group joining forces to combat crime on building sites until the sale of the business in 2015. Craig rose to the position of Managing Director and became a part-owner at Meridian Services in 2007. The business expanded to offer a holistic range of investigation and security services, and the business grew to new heights. This included the development and commercialisation of the Chameleon Asset Protection product, an Asset Identification System that allows ownership of assets to be obtained through UV light analysis.
Under Craig’s leadership, Meridian continued to realise year-on-year growth and increase in market share until the sale of the business in 2015. This was recognised in Meridian’s position as Finalist in the 2014 Telstra Business Awards.
